Azuro Residence will be built in Sofia, Studentski district, “Dimitar Dobrev” str. The place has a very good prospect of renting the property as it is located in close proximity to the University for national and world economy-UNWE (only 80 m) and the National sports academy-NSA (400 m) and it is also a preferred location for young families with children . From the south side of the plot itself is planned a green area of 4000 m2, which guarantees the view of all southern and southeastern apartments to the Vitosha mountain.

Sport and Recreation

Aleko ski center is the oldest in Bulgaria and is the most visited ski center in Vitosha mountain. The altitude is 1800 m above sea level. The orientation of the slopes is northern. The ski facilities include 1 cabin and 3 chair lifts, 6 stationary and several portable ski lifts.
